GRAND CHAMPION OHOKA BONNIE
Absolutely Bonnie by name and Bonnie by nature!
She has the same adorably temperament as her brother Ozzy, always flopping onto her back asking for tummy tickles.
When GCCF shows came back after Covid she was straight into adult classes and did really well gaining her Champion title in three straight shows and also getting BOBs every time and some very lovely critiques. She was unbeaten in Grand classes and straight through to Imperialclasses. This is a level I haven't competed at before so it is a proud moment with a colour I have developed myself by importing cats from abroad. All judges love her type and really outstanding round blue eyes. She is such an easy going show cat very happy to greet visitors.
She has also been an outstanding mum and her longhaired son has gone to the very top of the showing world gaining Best In Show Adult at 2023 Supreme show.
GCCF SUPREME CAT SHOW 2022
Wow what a day Bonnie had exceeding all my expectations!
In the morning she was awarded her first Grand Champion certificate and went on to win Best of Breed Colourpointed beating a lovely more mature Imperial Grand Champion along the way.
She went up to the Best of Variety judging against all the colours, Manx and Selkirk Rex 16 BOB cats mostly males because of their size and broad faces they have a natural advantage.
Amazingly she was shortlisted down to the final four cats and as she was the only female she actually got best female British in show. Many thanks to judges Mrs C.Wren and Mrs Pam Beard-Smith for thinking so highly of her.
